1. Introduction

Welcome to Nishtha Naran Holistic Health Coaching, operated by Nishtha Naran (“we,” “our,” or “us”).


By accessing or using this website and our health coaching services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use this website or our Services.

2. Health Coaching Services

Our coaching services focus on supporting women in achieving sustainable lifestyle and nutrition goals through education, guidance, and accountability.


We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, nor do we provide medical, nutritional, or psychological therapy.

All information shared during sessions, on the website, or via email/social media is for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace medical advice from your GP, physician, or registered health professional.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or lifestyle.

3. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions.

  • You will consult your healthcare provider before implementing any advice or recommendations.

  • You understand that results vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

  • You will not hold Nishtha Naran liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from your participation in coaching sessions or the application of advice provided.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will aim to reschedule your session where possible.
Refunds are not available once a session has been completed.

5. Communication

Nishtha is often in consultation and may not respond immediately.
Emails, calls, or messages are typically returned within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we may collect includes:

  • Name, contact details, and date of birth

  • Medical history, diet, and lifestyle information

  • Session notes and related data

All records are securely stored on encrypted drives and protected by anti-malware software. Paper records, where applicable, are kept in a locked and secure environment.

  • Restrict or object to data processing

  • Request data portability

By engaging in health coaching services, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand that health coaching is not a substitute for professional medical care.

  • You release and discharge Nishtha Naran from any claims or liabilities resulting from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
