I’m Nishtha, a mom of two and the creator of Thrive40. A realistic, science-backed approach that helps women build strength, energy, and confidence through balanced, convenient nutrition and simple strength training.
After years in the pharmaceutical industry, I saw how many women were told that fatigue, weight gain, and medication were just part of aging. I knew there had to be another way, one that supported health, not managed decline.
When I transitioned to a mostly whole-food diet, I learned firsthand how confusing it can be to eat for energy, protein, and strength, especially as you get older. Thrive40 was created so you don’t have to spend years guessing like I did.
